Perfect location and friendly staff This was the best hotel I’ve been to in Dewey hands down! Everyone was friendly and the place was clean. It wasn’t during the summer but this would be the perfect location: right on the beach! The free breakfast was actually delicious and fresh!

Blissful Celebration What a marvelous location and wonderful staff! The decor was so bright and restful! Having the advantage of a door open each night to hear the Atlantic was utter bliss! Steps to the beach with marvelous sunsets and sunrises. A truly great place to be!

Great time at the beach! Great off-season stay, my first time at this hotel. The staff was wonderful! The weather totally cooperated and we had 75° weather in November! Walking distance to absolutely everything. Great, stay, Very satisfied!

Atlantic Views 😁 A wonderful location with a very attentive staff and lots of extras. Proximity to the ocean and beach is clearly a plus for this hotel. Can actually view the sunrise over water from your room and sleep to the roll of the ocean. A very peaceful getaway spot.

Above and beyond Excellent HIGHLY recommend this Hotel on Dewey Beach!!! Beautiful beach front rooms , walk right out on the beach, wine snacks at 5, breakfast early, friendly staff, beach chairs with a pool, Just a BEAUTIFUL atmosphere!!!

Fabulous! The rooms are not large but they are comfortable. The size of the bathroom could be an issue for some, it is very small. Having a private balcony, although small, is a huge plus. Hearing and seeing the ocean is what it's all about.

Very nice stay Nice stay. Staff was kind and helpful. Alisha was amazing! She was always willing to assist and had a smile on her face. Breakfast was good, wine and cheese nice and great cookies. We enjoyed the upper deck and beach.

Atlantic View Hotel Simply the best! Love this location and boutique hotel. Very friendly staff, oceanfront, and sweet breakfast in the morning and wine in the afternoon. We are always happy to stay here and relax. Thank you to the super nice staff!

September 2022 stay An excellent place to stay with friendly staff. The free breakfast, wine and cheese from 4 to 6 as well as the chocolate chip cookies at 8 PM only added to the experience. The location is excellent as it is an easy walk to downtown Rehoboth from the hotel.

First time, not the last! This was our first time at the atlantic and will definitely not be our last. We absolutely loved the amenities especially the breakfast. Everything was in walking distance which allowed both of us to have fun! The even gave us some balloons and a card for celebrating our anniversary.

Review Review we have always enjoyed staying with you. We do not often take advantage of the breakfast or the wine as we visit the area as much for the food as the beach. I do lie the cookies.24 hour coffee is also appreciated

road trip Many nice touches: breakfast cooked to order, happy hour, warm cookies in the evening, coffee 24 hours, coin laundry with gratis detergent, fourth floor deck open to the ocean. The staff were unremittingly friendly.

Couples trip to Atlantic View in Dewey! Lovely and clean hotel with nice amenities and so close to the beach that you can hear the waves at night! Complimentary breakfast has many choices! There is also wine at 5pm and cookies at 8pm. the staff is friendly and helpful.

Another great stay at Atlantic View We're repeat customers and looking forward to our next trip. Can't be beat for location and value. The rooms are large enough, clean, well maintained. It's just a few steps to the beach, and the views from the oceanfront rooms and sundeck are unobstructed. A very nice breakfast is included.

Wonder stay The complimentary breakfast is wonderful. The hotel is nice and quiet. A great place to bring your family. We loved the staff and the location is excellent. Dewey beach is wonderful. Our only complaint are the beds. They’re not the most comfortable.

Very Satisfied Good people great view, convenient to the beach and restaurants we will go back again. could have been better only by providing an elevator to the fourth floor. We plan to use Atlantic View again next summer

Vacation The hotel was excellent it provided beach chairs which I didnt know when I booked the room and the staff was excellent especially Katrina she was very caring and courteous and made sure we had everything we needed for our trip

A Great trip to the beach We have been back several times and enjoyed every visit. The upstairs deck is a nice place to relax at nighttime, looking at the stars and listening to the rolling waves. And a very short walk down to the beach is nice.

Loved it!! This was our first time staying. We had a ball!!! The staff is amazing and the hotel is extremely clean. We loved breakfast and the kids loved the cookies! Having complementary chairs was a bonus!! No need to bring your own 🙂

Great hotel, convenient location! This is the second time that my mom and I have stayed here during peak summertime and both times were wonderful! Everything was clean and well kept and we never had any issues. The roof deck is a great place to eat and just relax, with a wonderful view!

Slice of beach heaven Wonderful place. Can’t beat the location. We were looking at the water from the balcony of our oceanfront room. Staff is so friendly- cheese and wine in the afternoon and cookies before bed. Breakfast was lovely too.

Location Can't Be Beat Well maintained, great amenities including free breakfasts, coffee, tea and lemon water available all day, use of beach chairs. Very comfortable beds with high quality linens and towels. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

so nice and relaxing We had a very nice weekend there. The room was awesome with an ocean view on one side and swimming pool on the other, also a nice balcony to have breakfast on and only a few steps away from the beach.We will definitely go back.
