Staying in Dewey Beach The Atlantic View is great. I have stayed here for over 30 years. Food great and extra treats in evening. Staff wonderful. No elevator kind of a problem for us old folks. That's about the only problem. Right on beach. Love it!

Best Seaside Hotel We visit every year. Love the walk along the beach to Rehoboth and enjoy going to the nearby outlets. We LOVE the ocean view and have seen frolicking dolphins in the morning as well as the spectacular sunrises.

Thumbs up Great location, friendly service. Breakfast is wonderful, especially Beth's oatmeal! There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance and you can't beat the proximity to the beach and chairs/towels available.

A perfect long weekend! We had stayed here two years earlier in Nov. 2021, but the hotel has been beautifully updated! Rashell was wonderul and very helpful, as were all the staff. The Atlantic View is a true treasure we'll be back!

Wonderful! Everything was perfect. We had a room with a balcony that overlooked the ocean. We could hear the waves at night. Our room was sparkling clean. The service couldn’t have been better, comfortable beds, and an amazing breakfast. Beth, Mary, and Jason are the best!

Great weekend getaway! The hotel is not new, and it's not fancy, but I enjoyed my stay so much! The staff was friendly and the wine & cheese, chocolate chip cookies, and breakfast was fantastic. I will be staying there again!

Fall 3 day weekend A wonderful hidden treasure. Free parking, wonderful location, friendly staff. A great breakfast everyday. Come back for wine and cheese and crackers in the evening and then warm cookies at 8 pm. Easy to get around to all the beaches to explore.

Sisters weekend Great Location friendly and wonderful staff this is my favorite place to stay I have been going to this Hotel with friends for a lot of years. Hopefully I'll be coming back for a lot more visits.*****

Anonymous Jason set me up perfectly for a room tailored to my dates and requests. Mary and Elizabeth are the most excellent "tag" team for concierge requests and the smallest details. Love the breakfast, the wine and cheese, and of course the chocolate chip cookies. thanks all!

Fantastic Hotel! Had a great time at the Atlantic View Hotel! The amenities were great. You get beach towels and beach chairs. A wine and cheese hour every night in the lobby. Homemade chocolate chip cookies in the lobby every night.

The View is the place to beach Love sitting on the deck of this fine hotel watching the dolphins and pelicans go up and down the shore. No reason to bring a chair or towel because while you're the Atlantic View you feel like its home.

Our Favorite Dewey Hotel! Perfect place for beach access and exploring Dewey. Great rooms, satisfying breakfasts, helpful and friendly staff plus extra treats like the wine & cheese hour, and the late evening fresh-baked cookies.

Recent Stay Very friendly staff! Room was ready when we checked in at 2. Hotel is super cute and clean. Beautiful beachfront property with gorgeous views. We really enjoyed relaxing on the top deck. Lots of restaurants and bars right nearby.

Wonderful stay! Wonderful place to stay! Rooms are clean and the staff are great! Very nice breakfast and surprising nice extras in the evenings. 🙂 They provide beach chairs and towels for the beach. Enjoy a nice stay with only a couple of steps to the beach.

Dewey Beach If you are looking for a beach front hotel in Dewey, look no further. Amazing location and views (from waterside rooms). Really cool property and the staff are amazing. Easy walking distance to all the Dewey restaurants and bars

Excellent Stay Very nice hotel. Gorgeous view. Clean rooms. Staff is amazing, Mary, Jason and Beth are the best!!! They went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant and memorable as possible. Breakfast, wine and cheese and the cookies were some of the perks of this great place to stay.

Beach getaway Atlantic View is a small cozy hotel on the beach. Nice pool and deck area. Friendly staff and amazing service for relaxing vacation also, Beth makes a great breakfast sandwich! The location is the best in Dewey.

Excellent hotel on the beach The hotel was in prime location with immediate access to the beach and plenty of free parking. Check-in, check-out, and complimentary breakfast service was excellent. The hotel also provided free beach chairs. The view of the ocean on the 4th floor was excellent.

Great place to stay Our family had a nice time. Good location, service and breakfast. It was great being able to walk right on the beach. There were plenty of good restaurants within a short walking distance. Would stay again.

Lovely Very nice room. Our second floor room had an ocean view. The breakfast is lovely--- little baked quiches. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool is tiny, didn't see anyone using it. Short walk to dining, which is good ---- parking is tough to find in Dewey Beach.
