Our modernized rooms feature open floor plans with comfy beds, a cozy nook to enjoy your morning joe, task lighting when and where you need it, and all the tech perks you'd expect. Second and third floor rooms have a private balcony, while ground floor Dune View rooms have a spacious private patio with chaise lounge. Top floor sundeck rooms are adjacent to our magnificent sundeck. Folks who need ADA-compliant rooms will find them here, too. From blackout shades to luxe toiletries, no detail has been overlooked.

I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay at the beach. ☺It is a great location, facing the ocean. The hotel I has been updated with a lovely lobby area, lounge, outdoor deck with sofas and fire pits, and a pool with beach towels and beach chairs for guests. It’s a short walk to the beach and the shops and restaurants in town. The hotel provides a great breakfast and happy hour each day. So nice!Posted on Booking

We had a great mini vacation. Enjoyed the Atlantic View! Donita! She’s a very welcoming and accommodating associate. Everyone was nice and professional, but we enjoyed her help with reservations and then checking us in and especially visiting with us daily. Hotel has great perks! Chairs, towels, happy hour with appetizers, wine and local beers. Also good breakfasts and cannot forget the warm cookie treats in the evening. Rooms are clean and crisp. Enjoyed the 4th floor sundeck and watching the ship traffic out in ocean. Dolphins!! We saw many!! Overall great stay.Posted on Google
Lisa Martin30 days agoThis is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The location is perfect. It’s right on the dunes and although there is no elevator, this senior couple managed to go up and down to the fourth floor many times a day with no problem. The sunrise deck was three steps out of our door and a magnificent view. Totally awesome to see dolphins swimming past at the sunrise. Breakfast was so much more than the average hotel continental breakfast. Hot food, plenty of fruit and overnight oats and yogurt parfait options. Happy hour in the afternoons was delightful. And a pleasant surprise of warm chocolate chip cookies and milk at 8 o’clock was a lovely way to end the day. I have already recommended this to family and friends. I think it’s a hidden gem beautiful, but away from the busyness of some of the other beachfront towns.Posted on Booking

Rachel B67 days agoSmall hotel with great appeal, location, and amenities! Had a fantastic experience at this hotel. It’s a perfect location, with convenient free parking for guests. My room was spotless, very nice decor and a Nespresso coffee machine in the room. Two carafes of water were also provided in the room - I appreciated that I didn’t have to buy overpriced bottles of water! My room was across the hall from the rooftop deck, which was a cozy quiet spot to read and listen to the ocean. All of the staff I interacted with were super friendly! They also offer a complimentary happy hour in the lobby with beer and small snacks, and the free breakfast was great. This is a great location and a perfect, relaxing place to stay. ReinFamily202673 days agoNot too shabby! The hotel is literally on the beach, perfect location, and there is a food/umbrella vendor as soon as you hit the sand. If stairs are not your thing than this isn’t your place. They apparently did recent renovations, and the rooms and common area accommodations are nice, but there is not an elevator so you have to be able to walk the stairs to get to your room and carry your bags up there also. The rooms are also not very soundproof, we could hear everything from our neighbors and the people upstairs.Posted on Tripadvisor
Katie H73 days agoGreat time with kids I took my two kids, aged 5 and 9, for a little getaway on a busy summer weekend. The location on the beach was perfect and the use of beach chairs and towels was convenient. We fully enjoyed the breakfasts, evening happy hour, and nighttime cookies (also very helpful to use as a reason to leave the Funland after a million rides and games). The hotel is close to a Jolley Trolley stop to scoot down for dinner in Rehoboth. The pool at the hotel was lovely and even though the hotel was fully booked we were usually the only ones there. Also, the staff was very kind and helpful. Everyone I met who worked there was hospitable and I greatly appreciated their warmth! We will absolutely be back.Posted on Google

The staff was incredibly kind, the rooms were clean, the pool area was fantastic and the breakfast was awesome! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Isabella Rojas144 days agoThe location of this hotel is absolutely perfect if you want to be right by the ocean. I loved waking up and being able to walk straight out to a beautiful view of the water and breathe in the fresh sea air. The property has a very classic, charming feel to it that makes you feel like you’re truly away on a seaside retreat. My room was bright and airy, and I spent a lot of time just sitting out on the balcony watching the waves crash against the shore. The staff were very polite and gave some great suggestions for local spots to explore nearby. It is a wonderful, peaceful place to stay if you want to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and enjoy a very relaxing, scenic atmosphere.Posted on Google
Marjorie144 days agoThis completely remodeled hotel is a hidden gem in Dewey Beach. There was plenty of free onsite parking. Jason at the front desk was friendly and checked us in quickly. The room was ready on time and exactly what we booked. The room was clean and exactly as pictured in the photos. We booked the ocean front room so that we could sleep to the sound of the waves and watch the sunrise from bed. The beds were super comfortable and I slept like a baby. The Nespresso machine in the room was fantastic. They also had coffee in the lobby and a full complementary breakfast. The lobby and deck areas are great places to hang out. They offer free beach chairs to borrow for the beach. We also enjoyed the lounge chairs by the pool. We enjoyed the music in the outside areas. They have happy hour in the lobby at 5pm with draft beer and hot hors d’oeuvres. Don’t forget to stop back at 8pm for warm cookies. Once we parked the car, we never moved it again. This hotel is a short walking distance from the Dewey Brewing Company, Starboard, and other restaurants. We saw dolphins from our balcony and I found sea glass on the beach right in front of the hotel. Insider tips: They do not have an elevator. Book a dune view room on the first floor with an expanded private deck if you cannot walk up steps. Leave the kids at home - they don’t have sofa beds or roll-a-way beds.Posted on Google
Heather Smith158 days agoBeautiful hotel, newly remodeled in June, 2025. This is more than your cookie cutter hotel. The rooms have style and space and are well thought out. Visually appealing, comfortable, and functional. We stayed on the sun deck. If you look out the peep hole of your door, you can see the ocean through the big, beautiful windows that line the hall. The sun deck is just on the other side and has plenty of sofas and lounge chairs for all. The room had windows all along the wall. Great for watching the sun set and seeing what's going on in town. Good towels. :) They're bigger than the average hotel towel. They also have complimentary toiletries with beautiful scents! Breakfast is simple, yet several steps above a chain hotel! Overnight oats in beautiful glass jars. Mini strata and quiche. Fresh-baked muffins, and real breads. The staff was wonderful at all times of the day and night. They're welcoming and knowledgeable. Madison Lee173 days agoThis hotel was perfect for 3 people. The beds are super comfy! The hotel itself was very fancy, they had warm cookies at 8pm, wine and shrimp at 5pm (21+) and free breakfast, their breakfast sandwiches are so good. Their pool isn’t heated which sucks when it’s chilly outside but other than that the pool is very intimate. Their balcony in your room is a perfect space, they have ocean view, and parking lot view.
