Reservations & Policies

We are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Check-in begins at 4 pm. Check-out is at 11 am. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be available. Just ask the front desk.

Our front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can check-in any time after 4 pm. Regardless of when you check-in, you will be charged for the night you were scheduled to arrive. If you plan to arrive very late, please call the hotel to let us know.

To avoid loss of your deposit plus tax, you need to cancel your reservation or change the dates of your stay no less than 8 days prior to your arrival date. Any changes or cancellations to reservations less than 8 days before arrival is subject to a $25 processing fee. If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of your arrival date your deposit will be nonrefundable. Date changes are not allowed within 7 days of your arrival date. The balance due will be payable at check-in. Refunds will not be given for weather-related cancellations or for early departure. Nov 1- Feb 28 all cancellations and changes need to be made 48 hours prior to your arrival date.

Sometimes we may require a Minimum Length of stay. 

Yes, we require a credit card to guarantee all reservations and a credit card to be physically scanned at check-in. When making a reservation online, your credit card will be charged a deposit equivalent to one nights’ room plus tax. Please review our cancellation policy.

We require the First Night plus tax for a deposit. To avoid loss of your deposit, you must cancel your reservation or change the dates of your stay 7 days prior to arrival date. Failure to do so or failure to check-in on your arrival date forfeits your deposit. All cancellations are subject to a $30 processing fee. The balance due will be payable at check-in. There is an extra $20 charge for more than 2 adults per room and children age 8 and above.
From Nov 1-Feb 28, this policy reverts to 48 hours prior to your arrival date: all changes or cancellations must be made 48 hours before check-in, and the $25 processing fee applies.

Guest must be 21 years or older and photo ID is required for the check-in process as well as to process a credit card.

Guest Stay

Children under 8 years of age stay for free. Add $20 per night for children over 8.

You may request, but we unfortunately cannot guarantee a particular room number or floor. Only the room type.

Yes! The skyline view of the beach and ocean is open to all our guests.

Yes, to ensure all guests have a peaceful and relaxing stay, Quiet Hours are observed nightly from 10 pm to 8 am. For your comfort and protection, we will not allow parties or any noise disturbances inside or outside Atlantic View Hotel. In the event that you are disturbed by noise coming from this property, please call the front desk and your concern will be given prompt attention. Quiet hours are from dusk to 8 am for the sun deck. And the Pool closes at 8:30 pm.

No, microwaves are no longer provided at the hotel.

Yes. It is a mini fridge, so if you plan to bring a lot, please bring a cooler and help yourself to the ice machine.

A few first-floor rooms are ADA compliant. Ask the front desk for further information.

Hotel Policies

Since we cater to guests with allergies, we do not allow pets in our rooms. An unregistered pet will result in a $250.00 fee.

We do allow service animals with certification. We follow the U.S. Dept of Justices guidelines on service animals: Under the ADA, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability. What does “do work or perform tasks” mean? The dog must be trained to take a specific action when needed to assist the person with a disability. For example, a person with diabetes may have a dog that is trained to alert them when their blood sugar reaches high or low levels.

Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not considered service animals under the ADA. Please contact the hotel if you’re planning to bring a service animal so we can ensure your needs are met.

We are a smoke-free property. Smoking or vaping is prohibited in all rooms, on all balconies, on the pool deck, or any stairwell. If it is determined that a guest or anyone in the guest’s party has smoked in a non- smoking area, their room rate will be increased by $250.00 and the guest will be asked to leave the property.

Amenities

One car may park free in our outdoor parking lot on the west side of the hotel. If you have more than one car you will need to locate street parking for the vehicle at your expense.

We offer an outside bike rack, but we do not allow bike storage within the hotel or within guest rooms. It is the guest responsibility to secure bikes. Atlantic View Hotel is not liable for theft or loss.

Yes, it is seasonally heated.

Complimentary Pool Towels and Beach Chairs

Complimentary breakfast, Complimentary Social hour with light Appetizers and craft beer. Sweet Treat at 8pm

No, but we provide a lovely breakfast and an evening social to our in-house guests.

We are just 0.3 miles to the Bottle and Cork.
