Delaware’s top rated marathon is back again this April! For individuals who are looking to get active during their spring vacation to Dewey Beach, the Coastal Delaware Running Festival is the perfect opportunity to do so. With a marathon, half marathon and 9K to participate in on Sunday, April 24, there is an activity for everyone to try. Race your way across the Southern Delaware coast and enjoy the beautiful sight of the ocean while raising money for the Delaware Seashore Preservation Foundation and Delaware Seashore State Park.
This 26.2 mile marathon is a qualifying run for the Boston Marathon and a great opportunity to explore all of our favorite areas along the Delaware coast as you reach your PR. From Delaware Seashore State Park to Rehoboth Beach, Cape Henlopen State Park and back again, this marathon course is a runner’s dream. The flat surfaces and scenic views are sure to make a difference in your stride.
