As the year comes to a close, we want to take a moment to say thank you for being part of an incredible year at the Atlantic View Hotel. This season marked a special milestone for us, our first year welcoming guests to our newly renovated oceanfront property, right here in the heart of Dewey Beach.

It has been such a joy to share the improvements with you, from refreshed guest rooms with private balconies overlooking the ocean, to our inviting spaces designed for comfort and relaxation. We’ve also loved seeing so many of you enjoy our Afternoon Social Hour, featuring local craft beer and light bites, as well as our Evening Sweet Treats that end the day on a warm note.

I am deeply honored to help lead an amazing crew whose dedication and genuine care shine through in every stay. Their stellar service is what makes the Atlantic View experience so special, and I couldn’t be prouder of the team that represents Dewey Beach’s premier oceanfront hotel.

As we move into the winter season, and for the first time, remain open year-round, we invite you to plan your next oceanfront escape with us. Reservations for 2026 are open, and we look forward to welcoming you back to the beach for another unforgettable stay.
