There is a minimum length of stay from April - October.
- There must be a 21 year old in each room.
- Children 10 - 18 $15.00 per child.

- Here at the Atlantic view we offer four floors of beautifully appointed rooms accessible by stairs only.
- Crib - $10.00 per day when available.
- One parking place per room.
- Bike rack available. Bikes are not permitted in rooms.

- 7 Day cancellation policy ($20.00 cancellation fee for ALL cancellations)
- Check In time is 3pm, Check Out time is 11am.
- No unregistered guests allowed in the building after
11pm
- Refunds NOT available for inclement weather.
- We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Travelers Checks and cash upon arrival. We DO NOT accept personal checks.
- If a late arrival is necessary please call in advance ASAP so arrangements can be made.
- Holiday and Special Event prices will vary.
- Rates subject to change without notice.
If severe weather prevents us from providing our normal
first quality lodging experience, then we will refund a
customer's funds on a prorated basis. These conditions
would include a loss of electric power for an extended
period of time (minimum 8 hours) or significant damage to
the property. In all situations the decision of
management is final.
